Sparkes Court Boston was our first ever development as a company and is named after the directors’ family name. It was a build of 8 semi-detached homes, a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom dwellings. This was a great start for us as a company and we succeeded well with the rental and sale of all properties. We are proud to have our name against these fine homes. Contact us for more information.
The Full Story
The project started back in May 2020. We aimed to achieve a modern and stylish look with the development. We are over the moon with how the development turned out, as are our buyers! As we sold all 8 plots within 2 weeks of the development being launched. We used various subcontracts to help us compelte all the the works on site at Sparkes Court:
